Our Founder

Cinema Law Consultant is led by Ika Mustikasari, S.H., M.Kn., a legal practitioner with a Bachelor of Laws and a Master’s degree in Notarial Studies from the University of Mataram.

Ika has been actively involved in the legal and business environment since 2012, gaining extensive hands-on experience across a broad range of legal, corporate, property, hospitality, and business matters.

Her professional experience includes land and property transactions, property due diligence, sale and purchase processes, corporate legal matters, and dispute resolution through both litigation and non-litigation channels. She has also been directly involved in the operational side of business, including experience in villa general management, administration, accounting, corporate operations, and client relations.

In addition to her legal background, Ika is currently pursuing further studies in Accounting to deepen her knowledge and understanding of taxation and the Indonesian tax system. This ongoing academic development complements her practical experience and strengthens her ability to understand the financial and tax considerations that often accompany legal and business matters.

This diverse background has given Ika a practical understanding of how legal, regulatory, financial, tax, and operational matters come together in real business situations. Rather than viewing a matter solely from a legal perspective, she understands the importance of finding solutions that are practical, commercially sound, and aligned with each client’s objectives.

With extensive experience developed over more than a decade, Ika is able to assist clients across the broad scope of services provided by Cinema Law Consultant, including legal consultancy, corporate matters, property and land transactions, taxation, immigration, notarial assistance, dispute resolution, and legal documentation.

Her approach is practical, strategic, and client-focused—providing clarity, minimizing risk, and helping clients move forward with confidence.
